How to arrive: Cinque Terre train
go by train to Cinque Terre
The Cinque Terre train is the most easy way to move in the national park, which connects the five villages.
We cannot recommend to come by car because there are only a few twisting roads and very limited parking areas in the national park.
To explore the attractions of the Cinque Terre it is recommended to use the train, ferry boat or one of the Cinque Terre hiking trails.
Each village has a small train station, from where by train you can reach within a few minutes all the other villages of the Cinque Terre.

Cinque Terre beaches
If you are looking for a beach in the Cinque Terre we can show you which villages are suitable for a beach holiday.
Because of the steep and rocky coast most of the Cinque Terre beaches are very small - but in Levanto and Monterosso al Mare you can find beautiful beaches.
Especially Monterosso offers a sandy beach which is also relatively big compared with the other Cinque Terre beaches.
